WJWC starts training, awareness campaign on Women participation in elections
Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) has started a campaign of training and awareness for women leaders in four districts of Sana'a governorate; Bani Hushaish, Arhab, BaniMatar and Manakhah).
The campaign focused on the importance of supporting women as candidates and voters. It was held in collaboration with the Supreme Commission of Elections and Referendum (SCER) and the UN Development Program (UNDP).
The training and awareness program continued 12 days in which four field teams covered at least 60 centers across the specific districts.
