Ar WJWC denounces pursuit of al-Wahadawi newspaper's editor-in-chief
Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) condemns the pursuit of Editor-in-Chief of al-Wahdawi newspaper Mahmoud Sharaf al-Deen.
Two gunmen in military uniforms stormed into the newspaper on Monday, looking for the editor-in-chief and claiming that they had a summon from a court to bring Sharaf al-Deen.
While WJWC decries the incident, it demands the relevant authorities to immediately investigate into the incident and punish those who attack reporters and cameramen.
