Ar Women Journalists Without Chains condemns the threats made against the journalist Khalid Musa'ed Arjan with physical elimination. He was threatened through a call due to publishing a report.
Arjan told the Freedom Foundation that he was threatened on July 03, 2013, pointing out that he was threatened with killing and that he was insulted.
Arjan said he was threatened due to publishing a report entitled" disagreements between smugglers led to kill two persons and wounding others" in Hajjah governorate.
WJWC demands the relevant authorities to immediately investigate into the threats made against journalists, protect them and hold the perpetrators accountable.
