WJWC condemns terror acts in Sana'a and al-Mukla

Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) condemns the bombing which targeted an assembly of the Houthis at al-Tahreer Square of the capital Sana'a in which 47 persons were killed and scores others were wounded. It also decried the terror act which killed 20 soldiers and wounded 13 others in al-Mukla of Hadhramout.

WJWC calls security services to return to their positions urgently and maintain security and stability.
The organization calls President Abd Rabu Mansour Hadi, the government and political parties to shoulder their responsibility towards maintaining security and stability across Yemen.
It stresses the importance of pursing the perpetrators, arrest them and investigate into their crimes committed against security and social peace and bring them to justice.
WJWC cautions against the attempts to plunge the state into violence and chaos, asking President Abd Rabu Mansour Hadi, the government and political parties to shoulder their responsibility towards maintaining security and stability across Yemen.
These terrorist acts contradict the instructions of Islam, and the values and moralities of the Yemeni people, and show the ugly face of terrorism.
While WJWC pronounces deep concern over the fall of casualties due the two terror acts, it extends condolences to the families of the killed persons, asking God to grant patience and comfort to their families and to their many friends.
