Ar Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) condemns the assault on the managing editor of News Yemen website Abdul-SatarBajash in Sana'a City.
While WJWC expresses disapproval of cruel attacks carried out against journalists by Houthi militias, it voices solidarity with Bajsash and considers these acts a serious indication which endangers freedom of expression.
It also demands to swiftly arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
Bajash spelt out that Houthi gunmen assaulted him after a bus driver notified the Houthis that Bajash insulted them on the bus.
