Ar Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) denounces the terrorist bombing which killed the TV director Abdul-Rahman Hameed al-Deen on Friday by criminal elements who opened the fire on his head.
The assassination of Hameed al-Deenis a serious indication which threatens journalism across Yemen, calling the Interior Ministry and relevant authorities to arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
It also condemns the attempted murder which targeted the TV director who works for Yemen TV Ebraheem al-Abaidh. Al-Abaidh was targeted through planting an explosive device at his car in the capital Sana'a. The device was found out before being exploded.
Hameed al-Deen joined the state-run Sana'a Radio in 2003 and directed a number of radio programs including inventing youth, talk of spirit and an hour of the life.
