Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) condemns the shooting on the Nasserist Unionist People's Organization party yesterday in Sana'a by unidentified persons while the party was hold its weekly meeting.
The party said, in a statement on facebook: the foes of freedom and those who think that they can halt the peaceful struggle of the Yemeni people shot fire on the party's headquarters while it was hold its weekly meeting.
The attack came after Secretary General of theNasserist Unionist People's Organization Sultan al-Atwani was threatened by unidentified individuals with physical elimination.
The party held ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh and all its allies responsible for the attack on its headquarters.
Meanwhile, the Charitable, Social and Cultural Jabal Saber Forum in Sana'a City was shot.
The forum's media officer held the Interior Minister and security officials responsible for the attack.
While WJWC condemns this attack, holding the Interior Ministry and interim government fully responsible and calling for an urgent and transparent investigation. It also calls for arresting the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
WJWC calls all parties, organizations, syndicates, activists and politicians to denounce the incident.
