Women Journalists Without Chains (WJWC) renews its strong condemnation and denunciation of the separatist Southern Transitional Council’s militia for such dangerous practices against journalists, professional and union leaders and media institutions in Aden.
The WJWC also expresses its absolute solidarity with the branch head of YJS in Aden, Mahmoud Thabet, as well as with all journalists and media professionals in Aden, against the repression and extremely dangerous risks to them while working in an inappropriate media environment, and holds Aden's relevant authorities in Aden fully accountable for Thabet's safety.
