Gunmen attack colleague Ghamdan Abu Asba in Sana'a

Journalist Ghamdan Abu Asba was attacked yesterday by unknown gunmen on board a minibus without a plate in the militia-held capital Sana'a.

According to media sources, the militants intercepted the journalist Abu Asba near the building of Sana'a Radio, while one of them assaulted him and threatened to cut his fingers if he re-wrote against the Houthi militia.

It’s worth mentioning that 10 journalists are still being held by the Iran-backed militia classified by Reporters Without Borders as the second-largest hostage-takers of journalists, following the Islamic State(ISIL).
